The Innkeeper's Dog is a sweet story filled with an important lesson. A lesson that's even good for adults to remember. Just because we can't do something someone else can doesn't make us any less important. God gives us all different gifts, and no matter how small the task may seem, when we serve one another we are serving Jesus.

Evelyn's Anxious Bench - has several different characters... to be honest I had a hard time keeping up with it at times.
That being said, I did enjoy reading how Evelyn's life of ease takes on a much different roll as she heads out west with her family. This isn't a trip she is fond of making. But, as she faces her fears, loss, and hard times in their travels, she learns to trust in the Lord and welcome the new life ahead of her. 3 of 5 stars I can honestly say after reading this book that the author Becky Corwin-Adams, her husband, and their dogs really enjoy getting outdoors and walking...no matter the weather! It was nice reading about all the different places they visited and people and other dogs they met along the way. I had never heard of volkssporting or volkswalks until reading this book, so I got to learn about something new.
3 of 5 stars I looked forward to reading this book, and I must say it was no disappointment. It's full of adventure from page one. I enjoyed Emily's strong character and her unwavering faith and trust in the Lord. I'll be watching for the third book in this series.
5 of 5 stars This story is what true forgiveness and growth in the Lord is all about. It's inspiring, yet it tugs at your heart as you feel the hurt, confusion, and happiness Winter faces each day. If you haven't read "Winter's Past" yet, and your looking for a "true to life" story...then I would recommend this book.
5 of 5 stars What can I say about Alana Terry's "The Beloved Daughter" that hasn't already been said? Nothing. Yes it's good, yes it's eye-opening, and yes you might need a tissue. This story drew me in from the very first page and kept me there until the last one. And to be honest, I don't normal read books of this nature..so for me, that says something.
5 of 5 stars I enjoy reading stories about spiritual warfare...so it seemed logical for me to give this book a try. I'm glad I did. I enjoyed the story, and I can't wait to start reading "The Gift of Knowledge".
4 of 5 stars I personally enjoyed the first book a little more than this one(can't put my finger on why though), with that said... "Whisper from the Woods" is a story that will keep you on edge right up until the end.
4 of 5 stars The story has some issues with missing words, etc. With that being said it's still a page turner. The author, in my opinion, knows how to "paint a picture". So, if you like reading this type of book I wouldn't let that stop you from getting it.
